Los Torreznos will perform two performance works within Prototipoak’s programme: El
cielo and La cultura.
EL CIELO El cielo (The Sky) is a scenic piece organised as a game in which what is present
(clouds, trees, stars, etc.) and what is absent or imagined (spirits, imaginary forms and
imperceptible details) are placed in contrast. The sky is seen as a great mirror, where
we might reflect both the visible and the invisible. This work raises the possibility of
shortening the distances between the imaginary, the fantasy and the concrete.
LA CULTURA La cultura (The Culture) is an action work that plays with the idea of a presentation
about culture decomposition from different points of view. Culture is explored as the
territory through which we move. This work sits on the border between action art and
experimental theatre. Very few and simple words are used. Humour is the fabric which
brings together the ideas that are unfolded here.
