Los Torreznos are a duo formed by Rafael Lamata and Jaime Vallaure, who have been working under this name since the end of 1999.
Their work is on the border between what is called “action art” and “scenic works”.
They have presented their works in several festivals in Spain (Escena contemporánea, Mapa, In presentable, QUAM, Pan, Contenedores, Mad, etc.) and in other cities around the world (Paris, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Phoenix, Glasgow, Moscow, Mexico City, Lima, Buenos Aires, Ramallah, Helsinki, Cairo, Quebec...).
Prior to their work as Los Torreznos, they have been part of various creative collectives (Circo Interior Bruto, Zona de Acción Temporal, A Ua Crag, etc.).
