Abstract

<i>Aurrean Goxo</i> será, tal y como lo define ella misma, "una reunión de deseos, una fantasía dentro de una vida aburrida. Una construcción de un universo para saciar lo más genuino que puede haber en mi".<br>El proyecto se basa en la realización de una serie de prendas-artefactos que modifiquen o alteren la cotidianidad de los cuerpos que los utilizan. "A veces estos artefactos obligan a los cuerpos a permanecer unidos, a besarse muy fuerte, también a jugar; y a veces también los ponen un poco en peligro. Todos ellos sacian y todos ellos agotan", detalla la artista. "A la construcción de estos artilugios le sucede la acción o la puesta a prueba de los mismos, que grabo en vídeo o fotografío. También van acompañados por otros seres preciosos", explica.

<i>Aurrean Goxo</i> berak definitzen duen bezala, "desioen bilera bat izango da, fantasia bat bizitza aspergarri baten barruan. Unibertso baten eraikuntza, nire baitan egon daitekeen gauzarik benetakoena asetzeko".<br>Proiektuaren oinarrian hainbat artefaktu-jantzi daude, haiek erabiltzen dituzten gorputzen egunerokotasuna aldatzera edo eraldatzera bideratuak. "Batzuetan, artefaktu hauek gorputzak elkartuta egotera behartzen dituzte, gogor musu ematera, baita jolastera ere; eta, beste batzuetan, pixka bat arriskuan jartzen dituzte. Guztiek asetzen dute eta guztiek agortzen dute", azaldu du artistak. "Artefaktu hauek eraiki ondoren, ekintza etortzen da, haiek probatzeko lana, eta bideoz grabatu edo argazkiak egiten dizkiet. Beste izaki baliotsu batzuk ere agertzen dira haiekin batera", azaldu du.

<i>Aurrean Goxo</i> will be, as she herself defines it, "a meeting of desires, a fantasy within a boring life. A construction of a universe to satiate what is most authentic in me".<br>The project is based on the creation of a series of costumes-objects which modify or change the everyday life of the bodies that use these items. “Sometimes these objects force the bodies to stand together, to bestow hard kisses, also to play. And sometimes they are subjected to a spot of danger. All of them satiate and all of them debilitate”, specifies the artist. “The construction of these devices is followed by their testing and operation, which I record on video or photograph. They are also complemented by other precious beings”, she explains.
