Grandissima Illusione

Abstract

</p><b>Un homenaje al teatro y a las convenciones teatrales.</b></p>Hola, soy Cris Blanco. Hoy es 12 de marzo de 2022 y escribo este texto desde la casa de mi madre, donde crecí, viendo por la ventana mi cole, el Bravo Murillo, en el que pasé 8 años. En la tele dicen que ayer hizo 2 años que se declaró la pandemia. Así que hace 2 años que empecé a pensar en esta obra de teatro (bueno, no sé si es esta obra que vas a ver…). Empecé a pensar en una obra muy grande, <i>Grandissima Illusione</i> se llamaba. Con muy buenas actoresqw (perdón por el error, mientras escribía esta frase mi perro ha pisado el teclado) con un cuerpo de baile, un coro en directo… era una obra de gran formato, con grandes escenografías recicladas de grandes producciones del Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.<br>El último montaje de Cris Blanco es el proyecto de investigación y creación de una pieza escénica de gran formato en la que conviven varios géneros teatrales. <i>Grandissima Illusione</i> es, según su propia creadora, un homenaje al teatro y a las convenciones teatrales, que le obsesionan. La obra arranca cuando un personaje teatral del siglo XVII, una Marquesa de Lope de Vega, por ejemplo, se topa con el técnico tatuado del teatro y se enamora de él. A partir de ahí el caos se apodera de la obra y todas las convenciones saltan por los aires.</p>

</p><b>Omenaldia antzerkiari eta antzerki-konbentzioei.</b></p>Kaixo, Cris Blanco naiz. Gaur 2022ko martxoaren 12a da, eta testu hau amaren etxetik idazten ari naiz, bertan hazi bainintzen, leihotik eskola ikusten nuela, 8 urte eman nituen Bravo Murillo ikastetxea. Telebistan diotenez, atzo 2 urte izan ziren pandemia hasi zela. Beraz, bi urte dira antzezlan honetan pentsatzen hasi nintzela (tira, ez dakit ikusiko duzun obra hau den…). Antzezlan handi batean pentsatzen hasi nintzen, <i>Grandissima Illusione</i> deitzen zen. Oso aktoreqw onekin (barkatu akatsa, esaldi hau idazten ari nintzela nire txakurrak teklatua zapaldu du), dantza-gorputz batekin, zuzeneko abesbatza batekin… formatu handiko lana zen, Teatre Nacional de Catalunya-ko ekoizpen handien eszenografia birziklatu handiekin. <br>Cris Blancoren azken muntatze-lana formatu handiko pieza eszeniko bat ikertzeko eta sortzeko proiektua da, hainbat antzerki-genero uztartuta. <i>Grandissima Illusione</i>, sortzailearen arabera, bera obsesionatzen duten antzerkiari eta antzerki-konbentzioei egindako omenaldia da. Obra hasten da XVII. mendeko antzerki-pertsonaia batek, Lope de Vega markesak, adibidez, antzerkiko teknikari tatuatuarekin topo egin, eta harekin maitemintzen denean. Hortik aurrera kaosa nagusituko da obran, eta konbentzio guztiak lehertuko dira. </p>

</p><b>A tribute to theatre and theatrical conventions.</b></p>

Hello, I am Cris Blanco. Today is 12 March 2022 and I am writing this text from my mother's house, where I grew up, looking out of the window at my school, Bravo Murillo, which I attended for eight years. They just said on TV that it was two years ago yesterday that the pandemic was declared. So two years ago I started thinking about this play (well, I do not know if it is this play you are going to see). I started to think about a very big play, Grandissima Illusione it was called, with very good actorsqw (sorry for the typo, while I was writing this sentence my dog stepped on the keyboard), a group of dancers, a live chorus. It was a large-format play with big recycled sets from big productions of the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.<br>

Cris Blanco‘s latest production is the result of researching and creating a large-format stage piece where several theatrical genres coexist. According to its creator, “Grandissima Illusione” is a tribute to theatre and the theatrical conventions that are her obsession. The play begins when a 17th century theatrical character, a Marquise from Lope de Vega, for example, meets the theatre's tattooed technician and falls in love with him. From then on, chaos takes over and all conventions are thrown into disarray.
