Pier Paolo Pasolini. La poesía hecha cine

Abstract

<b>Pasolini</b> es una de las voces más destacadas y, al mismo tiempo, criticadas de la segunda mitad del XX. Reconocido como poeta, ensayista, narrador, activista político y social; y también innovador e intelectual militante contra los dogmas de la fe cristiana, la moral o la sociedad de la época. Las barriadas de Roma fueron su inspiración tanto literaria como cinematográfica. Vivió en sus suburbios y asimiló su estética, su ambiente, el lenguaje de hombres, mujeres y criaturas que formaban el subproletariado, el dialecto romanesco y su violencia intrínseca a su día a día. Sus trabajos son una defensa de la diversidad, de las minorías lingüísticas, de las libertades individuales y de la desaparición de la sociedad de clases.</br> El ciclo monográfico, programado entre enero y marzo de 2021, propone un recorrido por algunos de los títulos más emblemáticos de su amplia producción cinematográfica proyectados en 35 mm.

<b>Pasolini</b> da XX. mendearen bigarren erdiko ahots nabarmenetako bat eta, aldi berean, kritikatuenetako bat. Poeta, saiakeragilea, narratzailea, aktibista politikoa eta soziala izateaz gain, fede kristauaren, moralaren edo garaiko gizartearen dogmen aurkako militante berritzailea eta intelektuala izan zen. Erromako auzoak izan ziren haren inspirazio literarioa eta zinematografikoa. Erromako aldirietan bizi izan zen, eta bereganatu egin zituen horko estetika, giroa, azpiproletalgoa osatzen zuten gizon, emakume eta izakien hizkuntza -dialekto erromaneskoa- eta haren eguneroko berezko indarkeria. Bere lanek dibertsitatea, hizkuntza gutxituak, norbanakoaren askatasunak eta klasegizartea desagertzea defendatzen dute. <br> Ziklo monografikoa 2021eko urtarril eta martxoa bitartean programatu da, eta bere ekoizpen zinematografiko zabaleko titulurik enblematikoenetako batzuk aztertuko ditu, 35 mm-tan proiektatuta.

He is recognised as a poet, essayist, narrator, political and social activist, and also as an innovator and militant intellectual who fought against the dogmas of the Christian faith, morality and society of the time. The slums of Rome were his inspiration for both his literary and cinematographic work. He lived in its suburbs and assimilated its aesthetics, its atmosphere, the language of the men, women and children who made up the sub-proletariat, the Roman dialect and the violence intrinsic to their daily lives. His works are a defence of diversity, linguistic minorities, individual freedoms and the disappearance of class society.</br> The monographic cycle, scheduled between January and March 2021, offers a journey through some of the most emblematic titles of his extensive film production, screened in 35 mm.
