He is the Director of Azkuna Zentroa – Alhóndiga Bilbao. He has carried out an extensive cultural, creative and curatorship management work, always with the aim of transforming culture as a practice, process and experience.
His work focuses on creative and cultural management and artistic direction, with a strong tie to contemporary cultural projects indisciplines such as visual arts, stage arts, audio-visuals and literature. He is a member of various museums and art centres boards of trustees and boards of directors, and has curated several exhibitions and programmes such as Prototipoak. International Biennial of New Artistic Forms (Azkuna Zentroa – Alhóndiga Bilbao), Xacobeo: A Route along the Territories of our Imaginarium (Acción Cultural Española -AC/E) or Performance and Body at the Ox Warehouse Experimental Video Festival (Macao, China).
