Óscar García Villegas (Madrid, 1970) has a degree in Stage Direction (1996, Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Madrid).
He has composed, recorded and produced the music for more than 80 theater and dance shows.
He has also worked as stage director in more than twenty productions, both his own and those of different artists and collectives.
He has taught different workshops on scenic creation, interpretation, musicality and technology in places such as Universidad Carlos III, MediaLab-Prado, CA2M or Teatro de La Laboral.
Under the aliases of Sr. Curí and Dr. Kurogo he develops his activity as a performer and sound artist both with solo works -presented in places as diverse as Off Limits (Madrid) and Teatre Lliure (Barcelona)- and within the collective Gichi-Gichi Do, which he founded in 2004 together with Luciana Pereyra (aka Niña Jonás).
