Isaac Rosa is the author of the novels El vano ayer (Seix Barral, 2004), which received the Rómulo Gallegos Award, Critical Eye Award and Andalusian Critics’ Award in 2005.
“El país del miedo” (Seix Barral, 2008), which received the J.M. Lara Foundation Award for best novel of the year; “La mano invisible” (Seix Barral, 2011), ”La habitación oscura” (Seix Barral, 2013), ”Feliz final” (Seix Barral, 2018), “Tiza roja” (Tiza roja , 2020) and “Lugar seguro” (Seix Barral, 2022), which received the Brief Library Award in 2022.
In addition to working as a newspaper columnist, he is also the author of several story books and comic scripts. His work has been translated into various languages and filmed on three occasions. He is a frequent collaborator with www.eldiario.es and La Marea.
