He is a librarian for the Muzkiz City Council and the person responsible for the municipal website.

He has published articles and reports, and taught specialised courses for professionals. He is the author of the book titled The “Public Library: While the Future Arrives” (EPI UOC, 2015).

Committed to the public library system and its professionals, he is an active member and president of ALDEE, the Basque Association of Archives, Libraries and Documentation Centres.
