Estella-Lizarra, 1982. She launched LA. Una marca hueca, LA (3l3a) in 2014 to create a protected environment aimed at generating image. The hallmark of her work is allowing a peaceful, naked and direct beauty to appear.
Lorea Alfaro has exhibited in museums and galleries such as CA2M, Artium, Guggenheim Bilbao, Tatjana Pieters, and Elba Benítez. Among her latest works, of note are: Tú, the Jorge Oteiza Museum (Alzuza, 2017); <3 S P S <3, Tabakalera (Donostia-San Sebastian, 2017); Charlotte. Grey. Rocks, Pantalla Fantasma (Bilbao, 2016); El mundo o nada, together with Jon Otamendi, the Moisés Pérez de Albéniz Gallery (Madrid, 2017); Paretara, Bulegoa z/b (Bilbao, 2014); Paretara Bi, the CarrerasMugica Gallery (Bilbao, 2014); and Deux Negresses, MUN University of Navarre Museum (Pamplona, 2013). She has collaborated on various publications, including her work on eremuak #2 (2015), El estado mental, 7 (2015), and Erreakzioa-Reacción (2012).
