Santiago Mediano, a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property
The chairman and one of the founding partners of Santiago Mediano Abogados, he specializes in Competition Law and has broad experience in intellectual property and related matters.
He holds a Master´s degree in Intellectual & Industrial Property and New Technologies, Digital Law, and Entertainment Law. He has contributed to the drafting of some of the most relevant laws governing Intellectual Property and Audiovisual Law. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, and a member of the Literary and Artistic Association for the Defence of Copyright, amongst others.
