Beatriz Herráez
is an art historian and curator. She has a
degree in fine arts and art history from the
University of The Basque Country. Since
2012 she has worked as a researcher at
the Collections Department of the Queen
Sophia National Museum and Art Centre
(Madrid). She was head curator at the
Montehermoso Kulturunea Cultural Centre,
Vitoria between 2007 and 2011 and jointdirector of the seminar on the Study of
Image at Madrid Community between
2005 and 2008. She has curated exhibitions in the Sculpture Centre (New York),
Castillocorrales (Paris) and Musac (León).
