Núria Güell's artistic practice consists of analyzing how the devices of power affect our subjectivity, subjugating it through law and hegemonic morality.
The main resources she uses are flirting with the established powers, complicity with different allies and the use of the privileges of the artistic institutions she works with. Tactics that, diluting in his own life, he develops in specific contexts with the intention of questioning the assumed identifications and provoke a disruption in the power relations.
Graduated in Arts from the University of Barcelona (Spain), she continues her studies at the Cátedra de Arte de Conducta in Havana (Cuba) under the direction of Tania Bruguera. Her work has been exhibited in biennials and museums in Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and the United States. He also collaborates with various self-managed social centers.
